Consumer Account Specialist

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Consumer Account Specialist to join our Consumer Business Team in Turkey . In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our product and brand presence, driving customer excellence, and supporting business growth through strong partnerships with key retailers. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts business partners. Conduct regular customer visits to ensure excellent in-store execution and strengthen relationships with retail partners. Drive product availability, visibility, brand standards, and display excellence across channel partners. Execute sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities to support business growth. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and executions and providing and generatinge regular market intelligence reports. Analyze sales performance, customer KPIs, and channel execution, providing actionable insights through regular reports. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistent and effective customer execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales operations, preferably within the IT or consumer electronics industry. Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Valid driver's license, active driving experience, and willingness to travel extensively within Turkey. Military service completed (for male candidates). Why Join ASUS?
