Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative

100% Remote • Texas | Full-Time | $21.00/hour Put your Property & Casualty license to work from home! We’re looking for licensed insurance professionals who enjoy helping customers and solving problems. An active Property & Casualty insurance license is required. In this role, you'll help new clients successfully enroll in coverage, answer policy questions, assist with service requests, and work closely with our sales and agency operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enrollment through the life of the policy. General Responsibilities:  Maintain up-to-date policy status Conduct welcome call on all new business Follow-up on pending carrier requirements and documentation Receive inbound service calls and emails and work as necessary Refer renewal and cancel save opportunity to retention or sales as necessary Work with Sales and Agency Operations leadership to meet strategic goals and execution requirements Requirements: Valid General Lines or Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance License Excellent customer service skills Proven track record of achieving objectives Excellent listening and comprehension skills with attention to detail Ability to develop mastery of product knowledge and application process details Excellent computer skills Strong desire to win in the marketplace and achieve excellent results against challenging goals Experience in Sales a plus AWL (All Web Leads, Inc.) is one of the most successful customer acquisition marketing companies in the US.
