# Call Center Associate

As a Call Center Associate for Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen, you'll speak directly with homeowners who have expressed interest in our industry-leading products and services. No cold calling required . With weekly and monthly bonus opportunities, our reps typically earn $50,000-$70,000 annually . Along with competitive benefits and incentives, we offer a streamlined growth and development path. In 2025, over 50 of our teammates were promoted to higher level positions! While this is not a fully remote position, work-from-home eligibility is available after one year. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the office and be available to work onsite as needed . Responsibilities Speak with homeowners to understand their needs and schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants. Deliver a positive customer experience through active listening, clear communication, and problem-solving. Address questions and concerns while helping customers identify the best next steps for their home projects. Accurately identify each customer's unique home improvement needs. Meet individual and team performance goals with the support of ongoing coaching and training. Serve as the first point of contact for customers while representing the Renewal by Andersen brand. Qualifications At least 1 year of customer service experience required. Call center experience is a plus. Weekend availability required (shift differential pay available). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a goal-oriented environment. Strong interpersonal skills, including empathetic listening and a professional communication style. Motivated by performance goals and open to coaching and feedback.
