Award-winning culture — recognized as a Best Place to Work for 15 consecutive years Career advancement — clear opportunities to grow professionally and take on increased responsibility Client exposure — work directly with business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals Advisory opportunity — go beyond compliance and participate in meaningful tax planning and strategy Leadership development — mentor and develop staff while building your own leadership skills Professional support — CPA Exam support and incentives Continuous learning — develop deeper expertise across individual, corporate, partnership, and multi-state taxation Competitive compensation & benefits — comprehensive package designed to attract and retain top talent Job Details Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and gifts Prepare multi-state and consolidated tax returns Assist with tax planning and advisory strategies for clients Research federal and state tax issues and communicate findings effectively Apply tax research and technical knowledge to client situations Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Collaborate effectively with peers, managers, and senior professionals Manage multiple engagements and competing deadlines throughout the tax cycle Maintain accurate and organized workpapers and documentation Stay current on relevant tax law and regulatory changes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 1–3 years of tax experience within a public accounting firm CPA license or CPA candidacy preferred, but not required Master's degree in Taxation (MST) is a plus Strong technical knowledge of federal and state taxation Experience with tax research and complex tax return preparation Experience with CCH Axcess Tax, Document, and/or Engagement is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Professional and client-focused approach Interested in hearing more?
