Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Orlando, FL. The Customer Service Representative will respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about Truist products, services, and account details. Responsibilities include resolving issues efficiently, handling transactions within established procedures, documenting interactions in internal systems, and escalating complex matters when needed. The role involves maintaining high standards of professionalism, supporting customer education on digital banking tools, and contributing to a positive branch environment aligned with Truist’s focus on better customer and community outcomes. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues effectively. Skills related to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, including active listening, empathy, and follow-through to resolution. Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing roles in banking, financial services, or related industries. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products and processes clearly and accurately. Ability to work on-site in Orlando, FL, manage time efficiently, and adhere to compliance, security, and confidentiality standards. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in finance, business, or customer service are beneficial. Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and digital banking platforms; bilingual skills are a plus.
