# System, Infrastructure & Security Solution Partner

We are seeking an experienced "Solution Partner" for our System, Infrastructure & Security Management team. What you'll you do: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure. Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory services. Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID. Implement and manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management solutions. Configure and maintain Group Policies (GPOs). Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V). Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. Administer storage systems and Windows File Servers. Monitor network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks. Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities. Implement endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, email security, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions. Manage security monitoring, incident response, and security investigations. Support ISO 27001 and cybersecurity compliance initiatives. Manage SSL/TLS certificates and PKI infrastructure. Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and security standards. Participate in IT infrastructure projects and cybersecurity improvement initiatives. Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support when required. What do we need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system administration and cybersecurity. Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration. Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PowerShell. Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure administration. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune. Experience managing virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V). Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching). Solid experience with enterprise firewall technologies. Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices. Experience with vulnerability management tools. Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (Microsoft Defender, Kaspersky, etc.). Experience with backup solutions such as Commvault. Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security monitoring. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good written and spoken English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
