Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Department: Marketing FLSA Status: Exempt Supervisory Responsibilities: No Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports a wide range of Creative Office Resources’ marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on proposals and RFPs. The role also includes marketing asset management, collateral development, campaign coordination, and general marketing support. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, this entry-level position is designed to develop foundational skills across multiple areas of marketing. Strong written communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for collaboration are essential to success in this role. This hybrid position may be based in Boston, MA; Portland, ME; New York, NY; or Edison, NJ. Responsibilities & Duties Proposal & RFP Coordination: Support the development of RFP responses, presentations, and other sales materials. Assist with content gathering and creation, document preparation, proofreading, and submission coordination. Maintain proposal content, resources, and archives to support efficient and consistent responses, and track submission outcomes. Marketing Asset Coordination: Maintain and organize COR’s library of approved marketing assets, including project photography, employee headshots and bios, project profiles and case studies, references, logos, manufacturer resources, and other sales and marketing materials. Ensure assets are current and easily accessible to the Marketing and Sales teams. General Marketing Collateral & Support: Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining marketing and client-facing materials, including lookbooks, brochures, handouts, leave-behinds, invitations, advertisements, project profiles, and other collateral. Help ensure materials reflect current COR branding and messaging. Provide general support to the Marketing team across ongoing initiatives and business priorities. Campaign Coordination: Support outbound campaigns and broader marketing initiatives across email, digital, web, and other channels. Assist with content and collateral development, website updates, and other materials that support Marketing and Sales initiatives. Swag & Promotional Materials: Maintain and track inventory of branded promotional materials and coordinate restocking with appropriate budget approvals. Manage and fulfill swag requests for employees, client initiatives, events, and other business needs. Assist with sourcing and coordinating new promotional items as needed. Required Education, Skills, And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in a professional environment; relevant internships or comparable experience may be considered Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with varying complexities and tight deadlines Ability to gather, organize, and maintain large amounts of information and digital content Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams, departments, and locations Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, highly preferred Proficiency in Canva highly preferred Exposure to email marketing platforms, CRM systems, digital asset management tools, or website content management systems preferred Willingness to learn new software, systems, and marketing processes Physical Demands Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Work Environment Work is performed in a fast-paced office environment, with periodic visits to warehouses, client sites, and other COR locations. This is a hybrid position, with an expectation of working in the office three days per week. This position is open to candidates in multiple COR locations, including Boston, MA; Portland, ME; New York, NY; or Edison, NJ.
