# EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Deputy General Manager. This position will work exclusively and directly with the Deputy General Manager, providing executive assistant support in agenda management, organization, and communication processes. Key Responsibilities Manage the Deputy General Manager’s daily agenda, scheduling, and time planning Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodation arrangements Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents Manage and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and actively follow up on action items and deadlines Track ongoing tasks and coordinate follow-ups with relevant departments and companies Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders Handle confidential information and documents with discretion and care Provide day-to-day operational support to the General Manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant or similar role Advanced level of written and spoken English Proficient in using MS Office programs especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively High level of discretion, reliability and attention to confidentiality Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
