Job Summary Responsible for assembling electronic components and sub-assemblies according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Perform repetitive assembly operations to produce electronic components, sub-assemblies, and final products. Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, work instructions, and specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to assemble parts accurately and efficiently. Inspect components and assembled products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify and report any discrepancies in parts, materials, or assembly processes. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as required. May perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret basic assembly instructions and diagrams. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic understanding of electronic components is a plus.
