# Paint Engineer

General Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Experience in paintshop operations, including hands-on involvement in commissioning projects. Experience in team management and vendor/supplier management. Proficiency in KPI and OKR tracking. Command of engineering quality and problem-solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, etc.). Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong analytical thinking, reporting discipline, and organizational skills. Advanced level of English. Experience in or strong knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset. Being an active motorcycle rider or having a strong interest in motorcycles is considered an asset. Job Description Active participation in paintshop setup and commissioning processes. Establishing and maintaining operational standards. Preparing and tracking daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Planning consumable material management and coordinating procurement processes. Continuously monitoring production efficiency and identifying improvement opportunities. Designing and delivering operator training programs. Following up on and finalizing pre-serial-production process studies. Conducting root cause analyses and implementing result-oriented solutions.
