Dialysis Registered Nurse - RN Full-Time

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing specialized care for patients with kidney disease in a dialysis setting. Responsibilities Patient Care: Deliver safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatments, including physical assessments pre- and post-treatment, monitoring patients, reviewing medication profiles monthly, and administering medications as prescribed. Teamwork: Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and ensure staffing adequacy per regulations under supervision of the Charge Nurse or Administrator. Safety & Quality: Follow all policies, procedures, and legal requirements, participate in staff meetings and continuing education, and maintain compliance with safety standards. Qualifications & Skills: Critical thinking, teamwork, adherence to regulatory standards, and strong communication skills to support high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
