# Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Trauma - Full-Time

Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, acting as a vital link between patients, families, and care providers. They participate in performance improvement initiatives, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and contribute to shared governance activities. Key Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans. Deliver safe, effective care aligned with hospital policies and procedures. Advocate for patients by addressing concerns and providing education to patients and families. Collaborate with team members to optimize patient flow and outcomes. Support quality improvement projects and process enhancements. Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development. Mentor and support peers, fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred. Current RN license and BLS certification required. Experience in direct patient care is preferred. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills. Additional Information: The role involves participating in professional growth, adhering to safety and confidentiality standards, and supporting organizational initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes. The position offers a full-time night shift with a sign-on bonus opportunity.
