Role Overview As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your role is vital in supporting the smooth operation of assigned areas by managing communications, assisting guests, and performing essential clerical tasks. Your contributions help maintain a positive and efficient experience for everyone who interacts with our healthcare facilities. What You Will Do Receive, screen, route, and respond to incoming telephone calls. Take accurate messages and ensure their timely delivery. Greet guests and provide appropriate assistance and information. Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.
