The Role The Senior Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping design at CompanyCam, elevating how brand, product, and campaigns communicate and feel across every channel. You'll blend high-end craftsmanship with creative leadership, transforming visual content, aligning it to strategic objectives, and strengthening overall brand consistency. Working cross-functionally with brand, product, and marketing teams, you'll help define how design supports both user experience and brand expression, mentor others, build scalable systems, and push design forward through new tools and storytelling approaches. Reporting into creative leadership, you'll move fluidly between independently owning projects from brief intake to final delivery, and collaborating closely with design leadership to produce high-caliber, on-brand work that drives strategy forward. Location: We welcome both local and remote applicants for this role. Local (Lincoln, NE) is preferred. Candidates must permanently live and work in the U.S. to be considered. What You'll Do Own projects independently from brief to final delivery, making sound creative decisions within a brief's parameters with minimal supervision or revision cycles Create visual assets for digital and print media including campaigns, product launches, web, social, email, and events, working primarily in Adobe Creative Suite with supplemental use of Figma Apply strong typography, layout, and color skills to adapt designs across channels while keeping visual consistency and production readiness Use AI tools to accelerate production work like asset generation, format adaptation, and templating, freeing up your time for the creative judgment no tool replaces Partner with Marketing, Product Design, and Internal Brand teams, collaborating with motion designers, copywriters, and marketing partners to turn strategy into cohesive visuals Present design concepts and gather feedback, iterating efficiently across multiple stakeholders Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines, auditing deliverables for consistency in typography, color, and tone Maintain and evolve shared design systems and asset libraries across Adobe Libraries, Figma, Canva, and Bynder Pressure-test every brief before execution begins, surfacing gaps and creative risks before they become revision loops Model high creative standards and lead the team's AI tool adoption, building and sharing workflows that help everyone move faster The Impact You'll Have At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. In this role, you’ll drive impact by: Strengthening brand consistency across every channel, so our marketing, product, and internal communications feel like one cohesive voice Building scalable design systems and templates that empower non-designers to create confidently and stay on-brand Mentoring and raising the bar on craft across the creative team, setting the standard for what great design looks like at CompanyCam Turning strategy into visuals that move the business forward, working hand in hand with Marketing and Product Design What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field required 6 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showing a variety of work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with supplemental Figma experience Advanced understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling Excellent collaboration and presentation skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around creative ideas Demonstrated mentorship and leadership within a creative team Experience in a corporate in-house environment or large-scale brand management, preferred Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools such as After Effects, preferred A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving. A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems. Benefits & Compensation This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $70,000-$80,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
