SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Information Warfare Directorate; N2 of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE GROUP EIGHT. You will apply mastery-level experience in multi-disciplinary intelligence fusion to direct highly complex and ambiguous assignments. You will serve as the command's expert on IW, identifying capability gaps against critical requirements and providing innovative solutions. You will supervise the directorate’s daily operations and is responsible for the performance of a large, complex, and diverse workforce of over 100 personnel. You will set strategic priorities and directs this multidisciplinary workforce through subordinate supervisors, assigning projects based on complexity and personnel capabilities. You will be responsible for the organizational structure and long-range workforce planning of the directorate. You will formulate innovative IW methods and collection plans to support target development and recommends improvements to existing national-level methodologies. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Directing the operational employment and integration of multi-disciplinary intelligence and Information Warfare (IW) capabilities; managing the administration and execution of Special Access Programs (SAP) and Special Security protocols; implementing cross-domain/data solutions, and administering contract execution and resourcing.
