Hardware Design Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Team Leader to join our engineering team and contribute to our continued innovation and success. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital hardware design, preferably with NVIDIA Jetson technology or similar. Proficient in using simulation and analysis tools Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as CE, FCC, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, etc Excellent communication skills and team management experience Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience on designing boards with 8+ layer count and high speed interfaces such as USB 3, PCIE, 10G, Gigabit Ethernet, DDR3-4-5 Demonstrated expertise in the full lifecycle of hardware development, from concept through production. Strong analytical skills and proven ability to solve complex technical challenges. Responsibilities: Leading hardware engineering team, coaching other members and reviewing the designs Design and develop hardware systems leveraging NVIDIA Jetson processors. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate hardware and software components. Perform system evaluations and make improvements to meet technical specifications. Why Forecr.io?
