We are looking for ‘Solution Delivery Manager' RESPONSIBILITIES Solution: Managing the delivery of analytical & engineering projects to clients – delivering a wide range of solutions to clients across multiple sectors. Solution: Define solution / product gaps for successfully delivering a customer driven project. Solution: Work with RnD to fill Solution Gaps for existing or future possible projects. Scope: Work with the client to attain a fit for purpose solution to fulfill a business aim/objective. Scope: Define, lock and maintain scope, trigger / execute and govern CR process. Plan: Scoping out the project plan and with key milestones Coordinate: Play as the SPOC to external parties for technical related conversation of the projects. Coordinate: Coordinate RnD, and Product functions around developing and implement the solution from customer requirement perspective. By providing clear and precise briefing of analysis and ensuring interpreting of customer requirements to the key stakeholders. Risk Management: Follow project risk and constraints and proactively working towards resolving them Report: Work with relevant internal functions and executive teams and generate simple / clear reports about project status, risk and deliverables. Execute: Plan, allocate necessary matrix resources from Delivery, Rnd and other teams for project execution phase. Deliver / Close: Keep a well-structured and defined project UA criteria and assist delivery team to pass FAT, UAT and Final Acceptance tests with customer. (May include on site activity.) EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s in computer science or related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in the information technology field. 2+ years of IT Solution Delivery or Program / Project management experience. Demonstrated ability of successfully leading multinational complex IT projects and programs. Experience with IoT-centric solution / product portfolio is a plus. Experience working with in-house product / solution development teams is a plus. General knowledge of operating systems, physical and virtual environments, networking and databases
• and their use. Experience with RF tech / products is a plus. Having PMP is a plus. General knowledge of Agile Development and QA processes. Ability to successfully implement and control budgets. Proficient in written and verbal English. Must be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. Ability to inform, educate and influence managers and employees to support goals and initiatives.
