Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in healthcare settings such as clinics and community health programs. Responsibilities: Assess patient health, monitor vital signs, develop and update care plans, administer prescribed medications, educate patients and families, participate in multidisciplinary care teams, and maintain accurate records in compliance with health regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN licensure in Arkansas, knowledge of nursing principles, physical assessment skills, proficiency in medication administration, strong communication abilities, and effective task prioritization in a fast-paced environment. Additional Requirements: Frequent travel within the region, occasional out-of-state travel for training, valid driver’s license, CPR certification, experience with electronic health records, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Occasional work outside standard hours may be needed. Exposure to environmental hazards is possible. This position is classified as safety-sensitive and involves responsibilities aligned with promoting community health and well-being. Promotion is based on demonstrated skills and organizational needs.
