# Vice President of Tax

Capital Search Group

Our client, a leading, complex U.S.-based organization in Montgomery County, MD, is looking for a Vice President of Tax. This is a high-impact opportunity to own the tax function , shape tax strategy, lead complex domestic and international matters, and advise senior leadership on M&A, financing, growth initiatives, and business transactions. Seeking a CPA with 15+ years of progressive tax experience , strong ASC 740 expertise, and deep knowledge of international tax, cross-border structures, compliance, and complex corporate environments.
