Sales Operations & Commercial Support Specialist Location: Istanbul Aquapump Service is the authorized service partner of Sulzer in Türkiye for wastewater, desalination and energy pumps & turbo blowers . We provide service, maintenance and equipment solutions for industrial pumping and aeration systems across desalination, energy and wastewater sectors. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Operations & Commercial Support Specialist to support our sales and service teams in daily commercial processes including order management, quotations, invoicing and customer coordination. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working at the intersection of sales, operations and customer communication in an industrial B2B environment. Main Responsibilities Support sales and service teams in daily commercial operations Follow up quotations, orders and deliveries Coordinate order entry and documentation Support invoicing and basic commercial processes Maintain CRM and customer records Communicate with customers regarding orders and deliveries Support distributor and account management activities when needed Requirements Self motivated Bachelor’s degree (business or engineering preferred) 2–5 years experience in sales support, commercial operations or order management Good command of English Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with ERP / CRM systems Good communication skills What We Offer Opportunity to work in an international industrial environment Exposure to desalination, energy and water industries A growing organization with a strong service culture
