Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a Manager Assistant to join our team at our luxury association, AXIS, located in San Jose.
The Manager Assistant supports the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the association and serves as a key liaison for community information and resident services. This role also assists in supervising onsite staff and ensures efficient administrative support across departments.

Compensation: $28.00 per hour, with the possibility of increasing to $30.00 per hour after a 90-day performance review

Schedule: Monday- Friday; 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

Some weekend and/or evening work may be needed; Must be flexible and willing to work occasional overtime when needed
