This is a role for people who want ownership, tempo, and proximity to consequence. We are looking for an Operations Analyst to work directly with the leadership across company-wide priorities, operational execution, and strategic projects. This is a generalist role for someone who is comfortable moving between analysis and execution. You may spend one week building a business case, the next redesigning an internal process, and the next coordinating a cross-functional initiative across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. You will be expected to take ambiguous problems, structure them clearly, and drive them toward a concrete outcome. 02 What you'll actually do Work directly with the leadership on strategic and operational priorities. Own cross-functional projects from analysis through execution. Analyze business, operational, commercial, and customer data. Build management reports, dashboards, and decision-support materials. Identify operational bottlenecks and improve internal processes. Support planning, forecasting, business cases, and market analysis. Coordinate initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Prepare materials for leadership discussions and key customer meetings. Track critical initiatives and make sure decisions turn into execution. Take ownership of ad hoc high-priority problems as they arise. 03 Who we're looking for You are the person people route the messy, unowned problem to, and you come back with a structure, a number, and a recommendation. You move between a model and an operational fix in the same day, and you would rather own the outcome than manage the process. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Background in management consulting, FMCG, a CEO or Strategy Office, BizOps, high-growth technology companies, or similarly demanding environments. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Excellent Excel and Google Sheets, and strong presentation skills. Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish and English. Ability to work independently with limited structure. High ownership, attention to detail, and execution discipline. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment. Based in Istanbul and able to work on-site. 04 Bonus Experience with Python, BI, or analytics tools. Previous startup or scale-up experience. Experience working directly with senior leadership. Exposure to financial modeling, commercial analysis, or operating metrics.
