Mechanical Works Executive (Kazakhstan)

What is the Summary of This Position? In this role, you will manage the technical review, cost management, and execution of mechanical projects while ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and timely project delivery. What You'll Be Doing? To review, evaluate, and verify mechanical projects from a technical perspective, and to manage the required revision processes, To assess the compliance of projects with the applicable local standards and regulations, and to coordinate the necessary adaptation activities, To carry out cost estimation, quantity take-off, and budget planning activities for mechanical projects, To supervise manufacturing, installation, and on-site construction activities on behalf of the Employer, ensuring compliance with project requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards, To monitor and coordinate subcontractors' activities, ensuring that the works are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical requirements, Taking an active role in the planning, budgeting, and project management of mechanical works within investment and construction projects, as well as monitoring and controlling field activities. Which Profile Are We Looking For? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Minimum 10 years of experience in the technical evaluation, cost estimation, and implementation of mechanical projects, Proven experience in budget planning, cost analysis, and tender management, Proven experience in project management, budget and cost control, and subcontractor management, Knowledge of Kazakhstan standards and regulations is preferred. Proficiency in Russian and/or Kazakh is preferred. Good command of English is an asset, Proficient in MS Office applications.
