Cardiac PCU - Clinical RN (Days or Nights)

Role Overview This Registered Nurse (RN) position involves providing direct patient care in a high-acuity cardiology unit, managing acute and intermediate conditions, titrating high-risk drips, and caring for patients with heart failure, post-transplant, or requiring telemetry. Responsibilities Include Promoting patient and family-centered care through education on illness management and medication administration. Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients. Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers. Participating in activities to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, alongside ongoing professional development. Qualifications And Skills Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN licensure. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience. Certifications required: BLS; ACLS within 1 year of employment.
