# Global HR Business Partner

We are looking for a Global HR Business Partner to join one of our clients, a well-established company operating in the FMCG industry, based on the European Side of Istanbul. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple countries and international stakeholders, acting as a trusted HR partner to the business while taking an active role particularly in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development. Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders and teams across different countries and geographies to understand their people and organizational needs.
• Support the business with a strong HR Business Partnering approach and translate business priorities into effective people solutions.
• Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes across different markets.
• Take an active role in Organizational Development initiatives based on evolving business and organizational needs.
• Support organizational design, workforce and talent-related processes.
• Contribute to talent management, performance, development and employee experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with international HR teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across different markets.
• Use people insights and business needs to identify improvement areas and develop relevant HR solutions. Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably within an FMCG or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with multiple countries, international business units or subsidiaries.
• A strong HR Business Partnering mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience and strong capabilities particularly in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English.
• High potential and motivation to take on broader responsibilities in a global HR environment.
