# Sr. Proposal Specialist

Currently we are seeking a highly skilled "Sr. Proposal Specialist" to join our team. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or a related field Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal/tender preparation for substation, solar, BESS, or construction/EPC projects Advanced MS Office proficiency (especially Excel) Strong English communication skills, written and verbal Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and solution-oriented skills Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure Proactive, self-driven, with a patient and diplomatic approach to problem-solving What You'll Do Prepare cost analyses and cost estimations for solar, BESS, substation, and construction/EPC projects, benchmarking against comparable past projects Prepare project drawings and technical layouts supporting proposals Review inputs from business developers and provide project-related information and reports Share proposal and cost reports with management Track industry innovations and emerging trends in solar, BESS, and construction/EPC Deliver assigned tasks on time, optimizing for labor, time, and material efficiency
