Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Position Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, effective, and patient-centered care in a 26-bed intensive care unit, managing critically ill patients across diverse populations. They perform comprehensive assessments, interpret diagnostic data, and administer advanced therapies, including continuous IV medications and mechanical ventilation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and evaluate patient care collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Respond to patient condition changes and emergency situations, ensuring safety and quality outcomes. Develop expertise in advanced critical care therapies and device management, such as CRRT, Impella, IABP, Swan-Ganz catheters, ICP monitoring, and more. Maintain professional accountability, uphold patient rights, and ensure confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN). Current RN license and valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); additional certifications like ACLS or TNCC may be required. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks. Why Join?
