Role Overview: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, patient-centered care under supervision to ensure a safe, clean, hazard-free environment that supports residents' needs. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare team, assist with daily activities, maintain a safe environment, and support the delivery of quality care. Qualifications & Skills: Successful completion of CNA training and Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification, with BLS certification within 30 days. Preferred candidates have at least 6 months of experience in long-term care or hospital settings. Additional Requirements: Completion of Caring Reliably, Culinary Training, ServSafe, and Dining Assistance within four months of hire. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay range ($21.05 - $31.54) with potential additional incentives, comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off, and a $2,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates.
