Role Description This full-time Local/Regional Driver position is based on-site in Dallas, TX. The driver will operate company trucks to transport refrigerated, frozen, and dry goods on local and regional routes, ensuring on-time and safe deliveries. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, following all DOT and company safety regulations, and maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation. The role also involves communicating with dispatch, coordinating schedules and routes, and providing professional, courteous service to customers at pickup and delivery locations. Drivers are expected to care for equipment, report maintenance needs promptly, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Proven Truck Driving experience with safe driving record and familiarity with local/regional routes. Valid CDL Class A license and ability to meet all DOT eligibility and medical requirements. Strong Communication skills for interacting with dispatch, colleagues, and customers. Customer Service mindset with a focus on professionalism, reliability, and problem-solving. Ability to safely operate and care for company Truck equipment, including conducting basic inspections. Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations, hours-of-service rules, and safety procedures. Ability to lift, move, or secure freight as needed and work in varying weather and traffic conditions. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in refrigerated or truckload operations is a plus.
