Keep Communities Green: Efficiently collect solid waste, recyclables, and yard waste according to daily route sheets. Be the Face of GFL: Provide courteous, professional service to residents and uphold route quality standards. Prioritize Safety: Perform required daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is safe and road-ready. Work as a Team: Coordinate closely with helpers, mechanics, and supervisors to keep your route running smoothly and safely. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience: 1+ years of commercial driving experience OR a certificate from an accredited CDL school. Physical Readiness: Ability to maneuver in and out of the cab, handle outdoor conditions, and manage physical aspects of residential collection.
