IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role supports the corporate talent acquisition team for a leading organization in the automotive industry, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and partnering directly with hiring managers across various organizational levels. Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Partner : Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer and closing. Partner directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruiting strategies. Source proactively to attract diverse talent across different organizational levels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates. Support the organization’s employment branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction efforts. Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Partner : Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of related experience required Fully competent professional with in-depth knowledge and experience in staffing and recruitment Experience in staffing/recruitment and business partner experience Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization What's in it for you?
