Because we believe that “Achieving success with our values is woven into our fabric!”. ✔ Fast and Efficient ✔ Customer-Centric ✔ Passionate ✔ Quality-Focused ✔ One Team ✔ Respectful What You’ll Do Conducting design analyses and providing direction to the design team based on the outcomes, Leading and managing collection design processes, Following and analyzing global trends, innovations, and market developments within the fashion industry and translating insights into collection direction, Designing collections and products in line with brand objectives, with a strong understanding of the target customer profile, Planning and delivering design presentations, Selecting fabrics, prints, and accessories and providing guidance to the design team accordingly, Managing end-to-end design processes and developing recommendations for continuous process improvement, Minimizing delays and potential losses arising from design-related errors. What We’re Looking For University degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, Proficiency in English, Minimum 10 years of professional experience, Proven experience in team management, Strong ability to create original designs aligned with the brand’s target customer profile and aesthetic, Strong awareness of global fashion trends and industry developments.
