Software Team Lead (Full-Stack / E-Commerce)

We are embarking on a major digital transformation — building a fully custom, in-house e-commerce platform from the ground up. 🎯 Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Software Team Lead to architect Evofone's next-generation e-commerce platform, lead the end-to-end development process, and build and manage a 4-5 person engineering team from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will be writing code alongside making strategic technical decisions. 🔧 Responsibilities: • Architecture & Technical Leadership • Hands-On Development • Integrations • Team Management • Data & Content Management 🎓 Requirements: Must-Have: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent discipline • Minimum 5 years of active development experience in e-commerce or high-traffic web platforms • Experience with modern frontend frameworks • Strong backend development experience in a modern server-side ecosystem such as Node.js/NestJS, C#/.NET Core, PHP (Laravel/Symfony), or Java — we care more about depth, architectural judgment, and clean design than about a specific language. • Experience with Microservices architecture • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL) and query optimization • Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and session management • Experience with message queue systems (RabbitMQ or similar) • Experience with Docker and container-based development/deployment • Proficiency in Git and Git workflows (branching, merging, pull requests) • Experience with RESTful API design and third-party service integrations • Experience integrating payment systems (virtual POS, payment service providers) • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle Nice-to-Have • Kubernetes (EKS) experience • ERP integration experience • E-commerce platform migration experience • E-commerce SEO optimization knowledge (SSR, Core Web Vitals) • Experience with Couchbase or NoSQL databases • A minimum of 8 years of experience in e-commerce. • CI/CD pipeline setup experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar) 🚀 Why Evofone? - 🏗️ Build from zero — You will shape the architecture, the team, and the engineering culture - 📈 Real product, real traffic — Not a theoretical exercise; a live platform serving millions of visitors - 🎯 Direct impact — Every decision you make will define the company's technology future - 🛒 End-to-end e-commerce — Payments, ERP, shipping, analytics... a complete ecosystem
