Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a versatile, highly-skilled Licensed Veterinary Technician for a locum role that combines the flexibility of relief work with the stability and benefits of a full-time position. In this role, you’ll rotate across 4-6 hospitals in the greater Seattle area, with a strong focus on anesthetic, surgical, and dental cases. Each hospital offers its own unique culture, caseload, and team dynamics—giving you the chance to collaborate with different teams, care for a variety of patients, and continue growing your skills. This position is perfect for LVTs who love variety, enjoy connecting with clients and pets, and want the consistency of full-time pay, PTO, and benefits—all while building relationships in a supportive, people-first company culture. Candidates who have 3+ years of experience with the skills below are encouraged to apply! Client communication and education Patient handling and restraint Surgical and dental assistance Anesthesia induction and monitoring Blood draws and IVC placement Microscopic evaluation Outpatient procedures Leadership experience is preferred, but not required Responsibilities are subject to change, based on each hospital’s needs.
