Job Summary: As a Foreman or Journeyman, you will play a key role in the installation of exterior architectural metal systems on commercial buildings. Working alongside your crew, you will install a variety of exterior metal panels, primarily ACM panels, flashings, and occasionally metal roofing. Depending on your experience level, you may lead and coordinate a crew, ensure quality workmanship and safety standards, or provide skilled support to the team through your expertise in architectural metal installations Benefits: Competitive wages $27-$42/hr (Depending on experience) Health insurance (Partial employer paid premiums) Paid time off & holiday pay Vision & Dental insurance Life Insurance Referral bonus program Free Gym membership access Annual holiday celebration(s) Paid training programs 401k w/company match PPE provided Opportunities for career advancement   Daily Responsibilities  Install metal wall panel systems, ACM, cladding, and metal roofing on commercial buildings Install clips, cut/trim metal panels, level, mount panels, install flashings Conduct work from heights and elevated platforms- boom lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolding, etc. Use hand/power tools and job site equipment regularly Assist in loading and unloading material Follow all safety rules and procedures Participate in safety classes and certifications as required Set up fall restraint equipment and wear PPE Travel and work at various jobsites as needed (Salt Lake County, Utah County, Weber County) Assist in the shop or in other departments as needed   Requirements & Qualifications 3+ years’ experience with architectural metals installations is required (various kinds of exterior metal panels, ACM, metal roofing, flashings, fasteners, clips, etc.) We are seeking skilled Foreman and crew leads who have led Metal panel/cladding installation projects Has reliable transportation/own motor vehicle Very comfortable working from heights and outdoors year-round Previous experience with fall-prevention and following safety procedures Willing to submit background check and drug test Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship) Preferred Skills Bilingual (Spanish)     Company Website: www.flynncompanies.com Application Link: click here   9/2/2026 #LI-DNI
