# Business Development Manager (Fruit)

Key Responsibilities 1. Position Overview The position is responsible for developing Kazakhstan fruit, french fries supply chain resources, establishing long-term partnerships with local supermarkets, wholesale markets and importers, and supporting the expansion of fruit, french fries import into the Kazakhstan market. The role will also support OIG’s cooperation models with suppliers, including supply chain financing, DDP solutions, strategic supplier partnerships, and other supply chain cooperation opportunities. Pure Business Development Role : Your sole mission is to leverage your local network to promote our supply chain financing, DDP solutions into mainstream local channels. We have professional documentation, logistics, and after-sales support teams who will flawlessly execute every order you close. Your network and sales skills convert directly into high commissions, with zero need to handle operational details. 2. Core Requirements
• Solid experience in the fruit, french fries industry, with strong knowledge of local supermarkets, wholesale markets and importers; Strong independent business development capability, able to identify and develop new suppliers and business partners; Knowledge of Kazakhstan import regulations, customs requirements, and market trends is preferred; Existing relationships with local supermarkets, wholesale markets, and importers are highly preferred. 3. Key Responsibilities Supplier Development & Partnership Building Supply Chain Cooperation & Project Implementation Supplier Relationship Management Market Intelligence & Business Opportunity Development 4. Qualification Requirements 1). Industry Experience (Required) Minimum 5-10 years of experience in fruit, french fries import industries; Strong understanding of the fruit, french fries supply chain; Knowledge of major fruit, french fries supermarkets, wholesale markets. 2). Business Development Capability (Required) Proven ability to independently develop suppliers and business opportunities; Ability to proactively identify opportunities and drive cooperation; Candidates with only operational or order-following experience are not preferred. 3). Industry Resources (Preferred) Candidates with the following resources will be prioritized: Major supermarkets, wholesale markets contacts; Fruit, french fries importer relationships; China market import experience; Fruit, french fries industry association connections. 4). Language Requirements Russian and English proficiency for business communication; Chinese language ability is preferred but not mandatory. 5). Preferred Background Candidates from the following companies, organizations or government are preferred:
• Fruit, french fries importing/trading companies;
• Fruit, french fries association or institution
• Related agent/service company (shipping, logistic...)
