# Customer Service Advisor

RoShay Services

Role Overview As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty by recommending oil change options and additional services. Training will equip you with product knowledge, communication skills, and confidence to excel in customer interactions and technical tasks. Responsibilities Assist customers by suggesting services based on inspections and manufacturer recommendations. Communicate effectively with customers face-to-face. Support the team by being cross-trained as a top-side technician. Work in a non-climate-controlled environment, requiring physical activity such as lifting and standing for extended periods. Review and understand safety and operational instructions. Qualifications & Skills Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills. Comfort with suggesting additional services and learning new skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand long periods, and work with hands above head. Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
