International Sales Specialist (Health Tourism) – Italian Speaker

As a leading company in the health tourism industry, Metropolmed provides professional medical tourism services to international patients from all over the world, particularly from Europe and North America. We are looking for International Sales Representatives for our international sales team who can establish initial contact with prospective patients, professionally manage sales and follow-up processes, possess advanced Italian language skills, and preferably have a good command of English. Job Description Manage the entire patient journey from the initial inquiry through treatment completion Understand patients' needs and present suitable treatment options Close sales through effective follow-up and achieve high conversion rates Maintain a premium patient experience throughout the process and represent our brand with the highest level of patient satisfaction Accurately enter patient and sales data into the CRM system and report sales and follow-up activities Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Italian (required) Good command of English (required) Previous experience in healthcare, medical tourism, call centers, or sales is preferred Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, and patience Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment 📍 Location: Kartal, Istanbul 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 🕘 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Join Metropolmed and become part of an international team dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare experiences to patients worldwide.
