# Financial Analyst

Are you an analytical finance professional looking to make an impact in a mission-driven organization? We are partnering with a leading healthcare services organization to identify a Financial Analyst to join their growing FP&A team in Tempe, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, support strategic decision-making, and help drive business performance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. What You'll Be Doing: Perform financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Develop and maintain KPI reporting and executive-level dashboards Partner with operations and leadership teams on business performance initiatives Prepare monthly P&L analyses and communicate results to key stakeholders Support forecasting, resource planning, and strategic decision-making efforts Assist with audits, internal controls, and ongoing process improvements Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Strong financial acumen with foundational accounting knowledge Advanced Excel skills and strong overall technical aptitude ERP experience required; OneStream experience is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executives and business leaders Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Consider This Opportunity? ✅ Join an established, growing organization with a nationwide footprint ✅ Highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership ✅ Opportunity to influence business decisions and operational performance ✅ Collaborative team environment with strong cross-functional interaction ✅ Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match ✅ Career growth potential within a large, PE-backed organization
