• 12 Hour Shifts Days and Nights Join Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center's dedicated team of healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients! As a Full Time Registered Nurse with Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services to our patients. Our 12-hour shift days and nights provide flexibility and variety to your work schedule. About the Role: As a Registered Nurse at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for: Providing high-quality patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans Conducting regular patient assessments and reporting findings to the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals Developing and implementing individualized education plans for patients and their families Participating in quality assessment and improvement activities to ensure optimal patient outcomes About Us: At Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, we are committed to setting standards in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.
