# Financial Analyst

Century Group

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning activities to help guide business performance. Develop financial models, management reports, and dashboards that provide actionable business insights. Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational metrics to identify trends and performance drivers. Partner with business leaders to evaluate spending, improve forecast accuracy, and support strategic initiatives. Prepare financial analyses, variance reports, and presentations for leadership and special projects. Requirements A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in financial planning, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role. Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Possess advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting, planning, or enterprise systems. Maintain the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate work within established deadlines. Qualifications Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate financial data and identify business opportunities. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when preparing reports, forecasts, and financial analyses. Communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and nonfinancial stakeholders. Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams across the organization. Bring experience with inventory analysis, profitability reporting, consumer products, retail, wholesale, ecommerce, or related industries considered beneficial. REF#52932 #Ind-SFV
