Service Advisor

Why the role exists: This entry-level position guides customers through service needs, recommendations, status updates, and follow-up. This is active, relationship-oriented work. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes. Welcome customers and discuss their service needs Explain available options and expected next steps Coordinate with onsite service teams Provide updates and maintain strong customer communication Success in the role: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
