Diesel Mechanic – Heavy Equipment Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Shift: 1st Shift Starting Pay: $24.00/hour — higher pay available depending on experience Benefits: Paid Time Off and Paid Health Insurance Travel: Occasional work-related travel required Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair heavy equipment, trucks, track equipment, trailers, cranes, and other motorized equipment. This position includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and occasional travel to support equipment at other locations. Travel may include emergency repair assignments, preventive maintenance, repairs, training, meetings, or supporting locations without an on-site mechanic. Travel time may include per diem and overtime pay.
