SERVPRO of NW Portland is hiring mitigation technicians to join our growing team responding to water, fire, and storm damage across the Portland/Vancouver area. What You'll Do Respond to water, fire, and storm damage losses on active job sites Run structural drying using DryBook for real-time documentation and moisture tracking Handle demo, extraction, content manipulation, and equipment setup Work directly with PMs and crew leads to keep projects moving from first response to close-out What We Offer A structured training path with hands-on mentorship and IICRC certification support from day one A real growth track — techs move up to Crew Chief, Lead Tech, and Production Management roles; we promote from inside Modern tools, including DryBook, iCAT, and Matterport Steady, consistent work backed by a larger regional operation (Team Landers) spanning multiple territories A team environment that supports you on the job, every job What We're Looking For Experience in water/fire mitigation, demo, or general restoration work (IICRC certs a plus, not required) Comfortable on your feet, on ladders, and in tight or dirty spaces Reliable, shows up, works clean, communicates with the team Valid driver's license Ready to build a career, not just work a job?
