Maintenance Sales Representative

Pay Range: $60,000-$70,000 base salary plus uncapped commission . First-year on-target earnings range from $110,000-$130,000 , with top performers consistently earning well into the six figures. Schedule: 7:30 AM • 4:30 PM Monday through Friday About The Role In this role, you'll generate new maintenance and service agreement business by building long-term relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and business owners. Success comes from consistent prospecting, follow-up, and developing trust throughout a relationship-driven sales cycle.
