Our mission is to help small businesses run themselves. We’re starting with doctors’ offices, building autonomous systems that handle busywork and complete the workflows that keep the office moving every day. Our team is small, flat, and ambitious. ABOUT THE ROLE
Platform engineers build the systems that let Lassie’s agents do real work reliably: integrations, orchestration, data infrastructure, observability, and the foundations behind every new workflow we launch.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Build the integrations, data models, orchestration, and reliability systems that let Lassie’s agents complete real workflows at scale
• Create internal tools, observability, and infrastructure that help the team launch new workflows faster and with more confidence
• Work closely with product and operations to turn messy real-world processes into dependable systems
SOME THINGS WE'VE BUILT
• Data pipelines processing $1B+ in insurance claims
• Systems that eliminate thousands of hours of paperwork every month
• A sync engine backed by encrypted SQLite in the browser, enabling 100ms experiences http://blog.superhuman.com/superhuman-is-built-for-speed for healthcare payments and patient ledgers
TECHNOLOGY WE USE
We invest heavily in productivity. Engineers should have the best tools for the job and the freedom to choose them.

JOINING US
