Human Resources Manager

Connect Search is partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-location organization to identify an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager who enjoys building strong teams and knows how to support an organization through significant growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR leader who wants to join an organization during a significant growth phase and have a meaningful impact on both the employee experience and development of the HR function . What You'll Be Doing: Lead benefits administration, including enrollment, audits, reporting, life-event changes, employee communications, and vendor relationships Oversee annual open enrollment and benefits education Partner with Payroll and Finance on deductions, reconciliations, and reporting Manage employee relations, performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation Coach managers and employees through workplace issues with a practical, solutions-oriented approach Help build, mentor, and develop a growing HR team Support company events, holiday planning, HR initiatives, and special projects Partner closely with the HR Director and senior leadership as the organization continues to scale What We're Looking For: 10+ years of progressive HR experience Strong depth in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations Previous experience leading, mentoring, or developing HR team members Experience supporting a multi-state and/or complex organization Experience within construction, contracting, field services, or another operations-focused environment is required Comfortable supporting an organization of significant scale and rapid growth ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred Proactive, collaborative leadership style with strong judgment and communication skills Someone who genuinely enjoys building a cohesive team and developing people
