As an Management and Program Analyst, you will implement, coordinate, and analyze a variety of management programs, prepare and provide briefings and reports, along with developing and evaluating operational policies. The responsibilities described are for the full performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope performed with less independence, and limited complexity. Implementing business requirements into systems and data requirements for new development needs, identify the best solutions to challenges with integrating agency governance and best practices to established methods. Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations on data visualization tools with analytical findings and recommendations. Develop, implement, and monitor sophisticated management information systems that focus on long- and short-range operational and strategic plans for headquarters division offices. Creating intricate workflows through SharePoint, Microsoft Power Tools, Microsoft Teams and custom coding to provide technical solutions for workflows, customer forms, data collection/management, document review, lists and libraries, reporting, etc. Organizing, planning, and creating online content and program applications via Share Point, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft applications to design, create, and maintain the ECN content structure and homepages to include site security and access Serve as the technical expert on analytical and business operations systems related to management and processing to meet mission requirements. You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Developing new or modified qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques or tools to measure and evaluate data; Utilizing software to integrate data from multiple sources in creating SharePoint sites, Power Apps, dashboards, reports, or other data visualizations; Serving as a technical expert and liaison for management information systems or special studies; Gathering and translating business requirements into systems and data requirements for development needs; Analyzing and resolving a variety of program issues and inadequacies in system workflows, data integrity, or end-user experience.
