Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst , you’ll get to support operational reporting and analytical needs of a multi-faceted business. This role calls for strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, with the opportunity to grow into recommending improvements that drive productivity, efficiency and profitability. Prepare and distribute key metrics for the management team using PowerBI and working with database structures Support month-end reporting processes and deliverables Support customer and supplier reporting and analytics Assist with financial reporting, trend and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting processes Contribute to ad hoc reporting and analytics projects Partner cross-functionally to validate integrity and accuracy of financial and operational data Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 0-2 years of Finance experience; internship or co-op experience in financial analysis considered Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI & AI assistants Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to summarize detailed financial analysis clearly, with guidance from senior team members Competitive Pay, Holiday Pay, and Daily Pay • Access to your earned wages before payday!
