PROGRAM ANALYST (IPT LEAD)

You will serve as a Program Analyst on the H-1 Fleet Support Team (FST) as the Corrosion Program Lead of FLTREADCEN EAST. You will be responsible for maintaining the project/effort schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will coordinates/facilitates deliverables that include engineering and logistics aspects for things like aircraft modifications, readiness issues, depot capabilities, etc. You will regularly brief FST and PMA on various efforts and communicate with fleet commands to include Type Command (TYCOM), Marine Aircraft Group (MAG), Marine Aviation Logistics (MALS), Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), etc. You will track progress and triage technical, financial and contractual issues. You will play a crucial role in managing the complexities of product development. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Fleet Support Team (FST) expertise; 2) Developing and implementing policies, controls and operating procedures; 3) Managing operational requirements;4 ) Developing acquisition and sustainment strategies.
